Publishing checklist

• Keep public notes in content/ and avoid storing private drafts, templates, or Obsidian workspace files there.
• Prefer official links for government, travel, legal, medical, tax, and telecom procedures.
• Review external-service notes after major policy changes, not only when the site build changes.
• Run the local Quartz build before publishing so broken links and formatting issues surface early.
